After a year of planning, fundraising, and designing, we finally have made it to the country of our project. Today, met with gifts, greetings and smiles, we arrived at the Ban Huai Yang School. The progress on the First Aid Clinic looked even better in person, and seeing the kids made our effort all the more fulfilling.
Before reaching Kanchanaburi, we also had 2 days of personal travel to experience the wonderful city of Bangkok. After our action packed adventure exploring the bustling streets, winding canals, gorgeous temples, and endless food- we have pretty much become locals.
The street food, the people, the history, the culture, and the way of life was something amazing to experience. If you're jealous, it's justified.
