Khem Saythongkham

NGO Contact

Khem is our Non Government Official who will be our communication intermediary between PUC and the New Life Church- proposers of the project- in Thailand. He has been an integral individual for PUC projects dating back to 2016.

Dr. Kasey Faust

Technical Advisor

An assistant professor in the Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering department at UT and SLAB member, Dr. Faust plans to provide guidance in resource management, specifically, with water sector infrastructure.

Makenzie Kuntz

Traveling Technical Advisor

Makenzie is a PUC alumni who is now providing her expertise to team Thailand. She specializes in structural and infrastructural work.

Project Management Advisor 

An experienced member of SLAB, Mary Lou has been with PUC since its origin. She has offered her project scope analysis expertise to our team.

Ken Hanks

Technical Advisor 

A member of slab and a professor at UT, Ken has a mastery of structural design as well as project management. He is also a longstanding member of PUC.

Martin Rumbaugh

Technical Advisor

Martin is a professor at UT who specializes in water and waste management. This is an integral part of our project and it is awesome to have him on the team.

Ron Tigue

Technical Advisor

Ron is a longstanding member of the SLAB team and the CEO of his own electrical company. He is kind enough to provide assistance with electrical systems and in designing the incorporation of said systems into the project.

Wilasa Vichit-Vadakan

In-Country Cultural Advisor

Wilasa is a structural expert in Thailand who did her schooling in the United States. Her cement company has opted to assist our material procurement and she has kindly offered to be our in-country advisor. She has a mastery in construction design that will prove most helpful.

James is a critical member of the SLAB team as well as a professor at UT. He has offered to help with risk management and project planning. His experience and knowledge is much needed.
